Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Aavanya. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Please read the following Shipping, Returns, and Exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Policy

We use trusted and reliable courier partners such as FedEx and DTDC for safe and insured shipping of all products.

Key Shipping Information:

  • Shipping TAT (Turnaround Time): 3–7 business days (within India)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the delivery agent may contact you before delivery.
  • If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, you may:
    • Call the courier to reschedule, or
    • Collect the parcel from their local office.

Note: Aavanya is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen courier issues or customer unavailability.


2. Return & Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders)

We aim for 100% satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange the product within 48 hours of receiving it.

We accept returns and exchanges only for items purchased directly from our website — www.aavanya.store. Orders placed via third-party platforms are not eligible.

Important Note:

  • For orders above INR 10,000, no refunds will be processed.
  • Only exchange is allowed for such high-value orders.

3. International Orders

Please Note:

  1. Only prepaid orders are accepted for international shipping.
  2. Customs and duties vary by country and are the customer's responsibility.
  3. No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders.
  4. Delivery time for international orders: 7–15 business days.

4. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns/exchanges are accepted if the product:

  • Is unused and unwashed
  • Is in saleable condition with original tags and packaging
  • Is returned within 48 hours
  • Is not damaged
  • Is eligible for one-time exchange only per order

Currently, returns or exchanges are not offered for orders outside India.


5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Via Website

  • Go to the ‘Order History’ section on the website.
  • Click on the ‘Return’ button and follow the instructions.
  • Prepare the item for pick-up or self-ship as per the selected return mode.

Option 2: Via Email

  • Email us at admin@aavanya.store
  • Include the Order ID, Product Name, and SKU Code for clarity.

Our team will process your request, and our courier partner will schedule a pick-up.

Note: One-time reverse pick-up is allowed per order.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 48 hours of receiving the product, in the following cases:

  • Size mismatch
  • Receipt of a defective item

Exchange Details:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • You can exchange for a different size or the same item
  • For a different product, you must return the current item and place a new order

7. Free Return/Exchange Conditions

We provide free return or exchange shipping if:

  • The wrong product (style or size) was sent
  • The product received was damaged

After we receive the return, a quality check will be done at our warehouse. If the product fails the inspection, it will be returned to you without refund/exchange.


8. Refund Policy

Once the return is picked and passes our quality check, refunds are initiated within 7 business days.

Note: Refunds may take 10–14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.


9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order by emailing us at admin@aavanya.store within 6 hours of placing it (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM).

Please note:

  • Some orders may be shipped immediately and cannot be canceled.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Important: For card payments, refunds over INR 5000 will usually trigger a confirmation SMS from your bank. For refunds below INR 5000, please check your account or card statement directly.
