By placing an order with Aavanya, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All products are handmade or curated with care. Slight variations in color, embroidery, weave, or finish are part of the charm of ethnic wear and are not considered defects.
Product availability, pricing, and designs are subject to change without prior notice.
All content, images, and designs are the intellectual property of Aavanya and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or errors in product pricing or availability.
2. Shipping Policy
We ship across India. International shipping may be available upon request – please contact us for details.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times post-dispatch are usually 5–10 business days, depending on the location.
Shipping is 99% FREE (Except you live on the other part of the world).
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Aavanya is not responsible for courier delays, force majeure events, or delays caused by remote location deliveries.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges
Please Note: All sales are final.
No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once an order is placed.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing, or change of mind.
In the rare event of a wrong or defective item received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and respond at our discretion.
